Moh. Ilham, MM. kelahiran 22 Januari 1991 di Mojokerto, dari Bapak Supriyo tukang pijat tuna netra dan Ibu Tutik Sunarsih (tuna aksara. Saya lulus S1 2013 di prodi Manajemen Dakwah (Konsentrasi: Manajemen Kewirausahaan Islam) UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Lanjut lulus 2015 S2 beasiswa full di Magister Manajemen (Konsentrasi: Family Business) Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
Selain mengajar, aktif sharing sebagai Motivator dan Trainer di berbagai Kota di Indonesia. Juga pemberdayaan anak muda di wadah Komunitas Sang Juara.
